Absorb was using a legacy course booking system called Cvent, who is global. But has failed to offer a system to environmental training industry and has come up with a lot of limitations. The system wasn’t offering integrations to the third parties such Student management systems and this was costing Absorb close to 500,000 dollars in admin costs due to high volume of applications they get.
They need a system with less limitations and they couldn’t find a Saas product that can customise their requirement of course booking and e-learning.
